Currently we do not offer a referral for our builders. We keep our prices highly competitive which mean we look into every last detail for our customers needs to determine what will work best for them and their budget. We cannot give flat rate pricing even per square foot unless we shoot high enough to cover the worst situation which really dampens the experience for our customer. We are open to any suggestions that may make this more appealing to you and satisfying to our customers.
